The above cut shows the Press as put up complete at Schofield’s Jron Works, for working by
four hands. These are all that are necessary to operate it, and have packed as much as 1,100
pounds in size of ordinary bale. When put up as shown above, it may be taken down at any
time and placed on a wq,gou in half an hour, and put up again iq little over that time.

Horse Power Press.
This Press for Horse Power may be of eithei cast or wrought iron screws, wrought iron screws
being cut with three inch pitch for Horse Power. It may be put up either with or without iron
frame being preferable, as it cannot break, and will never need repairs, as is the case with wood.
In putting them up complete at my establishment, they do not differ from the Hand Power on
