passage ot this Ordinance, that it shall ha

large within the incorporate limits of tho
city from tho first day of October to the 1st
day of May io each and evory year, and auy
horse, mule, row, hog. nhoep or goat of auy

taken up by ihe Marshal and the owner
thereof to obtain possession ol the same shall
pay therefor tho impounding costs and tho
