honorable, worthy, industrious gentleman,
and we are prepared to beinve that his ser

cation from Talbot Superior Court:

char ed with horse stealing, and one negro,
Elisha Smith, charged with burglary,
('apt Win. R. Hall served his country
nobly in the hour ol trial- He raise ! a
company early in the war. which he led

home with an untarnished record and was
sent to the first legislature that assembled
afterwards. Since that time his record has

next represent his country in the peniten
tiary. What a fall!
