Okdeb—The petition of Henry G. ltoney,
Assignee of the above named Bankrupt,
praying for the passage of an order author-,
izing sale of the property belonging to the -
Estate of Bankrupt, free from the encum
brance of liens, by the creditors, having
been referred to me by United States Dis
trict Court for said District—it is ordered
that a meeting of the creditors of said Bank
rupt bo held at the Register’s Office, Cen
tral Hotel, Augusta, Ga., on the (ith day
January, A. I). 1876, atone o’clok, p. m.,
to show cause, if any they have, why said
order should not be passed as prayed for.
And it is further ordered that said assign
nee give notice of said meeting by mail post
paid, of the time and place of said meeting
to all known creditors of said Bankrupt—
and make publication of the same once each
in the McDuffie Journal and Augusta
Chronicle. A Sentinel at least ten days prior

presented to the Court in his petition, duly

administered Charles A. Crawford’s estate :
