The Chicago Platform on the Question of
Soffrag*—A Braeen Imposition-
The second resolution of the Chicago platform
is as folloivt;
•very consideration of public- safety, of gratitude
and o/ju tice, snd must lio maintained; while the

perly belongs to the people of those States.

ready pointed out, or, rather, pointed to, for it is
too manifest to need exposition, The equal

HABITS OF THE HOLY FATHER.

flout, without being obese. The furniture of his
