Considering that the proposed re
| duction in their wages is so hard to
bear, the Fall River, Mass, spinners
acted with remarkable moderation in
their Saturday evening’s meeting. In
stead of striking at once, they ap
pointed a committee lo fix the date
of the strike, the object being to give
every opportunity meanwhile to the
employers to fake advantage of a turn
