MORE CURRENCY.
The vote taken on Tuesday in the House
upon an “expansion” of the currency, is
clearly indicative of the fact that the House
thinks the jountry needs more money. Every
Georgia member, (Mr. Stephens absent, sick)
voted lor “expansion,” as did nearly all the
Southern members—Caldwell and Bromberg,
of Alabama, among the “nays” alone from the \ distinguished) Georgians called on mo at iny j
“cotton States.” Tho Senate takes some-, residence and we remained in sverot session

The proposed election bill provides that it
diplomatists; and after the assembly a pro
cession was formed with the graud Eqnerries
and Chamberlains and officers of

and Empress, the Imperial Prince and Prin
cess, the Princess of Wales and the Princess
Imperial of Germanv and Denmark, and
Prince Athnr; then came the bride and bride-

The bride was splendidly apparelled in a long
crimson velvet mantle, trimmed with ermine.

this connection it is well enough to add that
