Bxo. 15. And be It further enacted, That every dis
tiller shall provide, at his own expense, warehouse,
to be situated on and to constitute a part of his distil
lery premia,*, to be used only for the storage of dis
tilled spirits, of hla own manufacture, but no dwelling
house shall be nsed for such purpose, and no door,
window, or other opening shall be made or permitted
in the walls of such warehouse leadtog into the distil
leryorlntoany other room or bullamg; and such ware -
house, when approved by th* Commissioner of Inter
nal Revenue, on report of the collector, Is hereby de
clared to be a bonded warehouse of toe United States,
to be known ass distlltery warehouse, and shall be un

revonue storekeeper assigned thereto by to* Commis

Sac. 16. And be it further enacted. That to* own

and seals required by law shall be provided by the
Commissioner of Inti rnal Revenue at the expense of
the owner of the distillery or warehouse; and the keys
shall be in charge of the collector or such gauger aa
he may designate. 1
Bec. 17. And be it further enacted. That the door of
the furnance of every still or boillr used in any ffia
tiffenji shall be so consrrncted that it may be securely
fastened ar i locked. The fermenting tubs shall be ao
placed as t- be easily accessible to any revenue officer,
and each tob shall have distinctly painted thereon In
