A Bankrugt's Noval Pi@afl
‘Atlanta, Aug. 26.—W. L. TllrL'
ner, the Newnan merchant who|
petitioned to be declared a bank—l
rupt in the Federal court here,|
has adopted a rare and unusual
me'hod of saving 2 little money
from the crash. He has set forth
that his wife worked for six
months in his store, and that for
this work she is the store’s cred
itor to tho amount of $lBO, just
like any other employe. Whether
the court will allow the plea is
attracting great interest, forit
would set a precedent of grave
importance in bankruptey law.
