4 MONG the many discoveries which are adding to

without success. He has been using the same remedy

Liver and Dyspeptic Medicine.
THIS Medicine is especially recommended lor all
Chronic Liver aflections and Dyspepsia. It has
been favorably received wherever it has been used ; for
which fact reference is made to Mr. John Warren of
Columbus, Mr. Asbuiy Hull of Athens, and Mr. Wm.
i D Terrell of Putnam.
Habitual cosiiveness is found very frequently connect
j ed with feeble constitution, and persons of sedantary
habits. For this condition of the system this article is
! confidently recommended, and in all cases fins been
j found to act as a pleasant cordial and tome, restoring
the appetite and at the same time, fulfilling every indi
j cation that the common purging medicines are deeign
! ed to effect.
Persons subject to Bilious Colic may rely on the pre
ventative piopeities of the medicine—use it on the first
j intimation of an approaching attack.
There are some constitutions liable to regular attacks
I of Bilious fever almost every fall, to such, 1 recommend
the use of this medicine, beginning at least by the imd
| die of May, or first • f June.
Many persons whose digestive organs are feeble, of-
I ten expenei.ee a sense of tidiness, weight and oppr s
j sion, about the stomach after eating—in suen . e;.-e a
i dose of this medicine, will often afford immediate re
| lief.
Pregnant women often suffe. from heart burn and
! costivenese, they may use the article without the least
danger and with great benefit, in sick or nervous
head-ache, it is a most valuable medicine.
I could append a long list of certificates, but forbear,
preferring to rely on the virtues of the medicine to sus
tain itself. The medicine is a gentle and certain ca
thartic, tonic and sudorific.
