instances, where I have sent one or two Plows to a

as to their performance, with the asssuranCe that not

FLORIDA LANDS FOR SALE.
rpHE following valuable TRACTS OF LAND, lying
I in Marion and Alachua counties, will be offered at
private sale, during the mouths of October, November
ami December next, viz:
WETL’MI’KA HAMMOCK, situation about 10 miles
north of Ocala, (the county seat of Marion county,)
cun'uiuing a," 'ii acres, about one-half of which is ham
mock, unsurpassed by any in the State; and the re*
maimler white oak and hickory land.
A TRACT, well known as the “Fort I)rame Plan
tation,” containing 3,000 acres of land, principally first
quality hammock, between four aud five hundred acres
of which is thoroughly cleared, and at present in culti
vation. This place, for several years, averaged two
hogsheads of sugar to the acre, and every year that it
has been cultivated lias produced fine crops of corn and
colt on.
These Tracts could readily be divided into two or
three plantations each, being well-watered and sur
rounded by high-rolling pine land.
A TRACT of I,oou acres on Orange Lake, consisting
of hammock, orange grove, and well-timbered pine
land.
TWO TRACTS, of 1,000 acres each, near the Ala
chua prairie. The greater part of both these tracts is
rich hammock.
ALSO,
5,'t00 ACRES, on Indian river. Any one wishing to
cultivate sugar cane, would do well to examine this
land, as being remarkably fertile, and, lying south of
the region of frost, it is us well adapted to that culture
as any in tiie United States.
12,b00 ACRES, generally known as the “Bayard]
Tract,” situated on the St. John’s river, opposite Pico-.
lata. There are many small hammocks and orange |
groves on this tract, but it is principally valuable for’
pine timber. It has a river front of seven or eight
miles.
1,000 ACRES on Lake George, and several small
tracts on and near the St. John’s river, well situated for
farming, the rearing of orange groves, Ac.
Tiie above tracts of land w ere purchased by the late
Gen. Clinch, immediately after the accession of Florida
to the United States. From liis position at that time,
his facilities for selection were unusually great, and it
is believed they include us good land as can be found in
the State.
On account of their accessibility from Charleston and
Savannah, they offer great inducements to planters in
Carolina or Georgia wishing to remove.
The titles clear and indisputable.
TERMS—Cash, or payable at Charleston or Savan

V humanity, I have deemed it a duty devolving upon
me to enter the list of testimonials in favor of the prac
tice of Dr. H . W. MARSHALL, of the city of Macon,
and State of Georgia—that the fearful maladies an
nounced in the caption of this article, are curable, is a
truth beyond cavil, if ocular demonstration, and tbe ex
perience of hundreds of unimpeachable witnesses from
different States of the Union are admissible as testi
mony. The trea meut of these diseases is based upon
the developments of modern progression. 7’ - Li fe

The remedies employed are simple, and in no in
stance have resulted in injury to the patient. The age,
constitution, habits and adv ancement of the sufferer are j
all properly considered, before and during the trea’- •
ment, and a case is never dismissed until relieved. I
would impress it upon the public mind that Fistula or
Cancer can be cured m; -at a Snr>tiod (n^rat'on. —
For centuries the unfortunate have been subjected to
cruel incisions of barbarous instruments, leaving them,
in a majority of instances, in a worse condition than at
