Thousands are dally speaking In praise of
Dr. Eatou’s Infantile Cordial
and why ? because It never falls to afford instantaneous
relief when given in time. It acts as if by magic, and on
trial alone will oonvioce you that what we say is true. It
contains
No Paregoric or Opiate
of any kind, and therefore relieves by removing the suffer
ings of your child, instead of by deadening its sensibilities.
For this reason, It commends itself as the ‘-nly reliable pre
paration bow known for Children Teeth.ng, Di&rrhuea,
Dvslntery, Griping In the Bowels, Acidity of the Stomach,
Wind, Cold in the Head, and Croup ; also, for Softening the
Gums, Reducing Indaraation, Regulating the Bowels, and
relieving pain, it has r.o equal—being an anti-spasmodic It
is used with unfailing success In all cases of Convulsions or
other Fits. As you vaiue the life and health of your child
ren, and wish to save them from those sad and blighting
consequences which are certain to result from the use. of
narcotics of which all other remedies for Infantile Com
plaint* are composed, take none but Dr. Faton’s I .wax’tils
Cordial, this you can roly upon. It Is perfectly harmless,
and cannot injure the most delicate Infant.

Healthy human blood upon being
iL nalissed
always presents us with the same essential elements and
gives of course the True Standard. Analyze the Blood of a
person suffering from Consumption, Liver Complaint. Dys
pepsia, Scrofula, Ac., and we had In every Instance certain
deficiencies in the red globules of blood Supply these de
ficiencies, and you are made well. The bioop Foap Is
founded upon this theory, hence its astonishing success.
To ail suffering from consumption, incipient or confirmed,
or from debility of any kind; or from mental or nervous
prostration, brought on by any cause ; or from scrofulous
complaints ; or from diseases of the kidneys or bladder ;
and to ladles suffering any of the many distressing com
plaints their sex are liabie to, and which engender con
sumption, the Hlooil Food Is offered as a certain apd
reliable remedy. Differing In every particular from the
patent medicines of the day, It U a chemical combination of
Iron, Sulphur and Phosphorus, of very great worth, and
many hundreds bear glad and grateful testimony to the
benefits It has conferred on them.

FRYER All D AGUE,
I7IHOJI which mankind SHffer over a large part of the
globe, is the consequence of a diseased action In the
system, induced by the poisonous miasms of vegetable de
cay. This exhalation 1* evolved by the action of solar heat
on wet soil, and rise* with the watery vapor from it. While
the sun is below the horizon this vapor linger* near tttj
earth’s surface, and the virus is taken with it through the
lungs into the blood. There It acts as au irritating poison
on the internal viscera and excreting organs of the body.
The liver becomes torpid and fails to secrete not only this
virus, but also the bl.e from the blood. Both the virus and
ihe bile accumulate in the circulation, and produce violent
constitutional disorder. The spleen, the kidneys, and the
stomach sympathize with the liver, and become disordered
also. Finally, the instinct of our organism, as if in an at
tempt to expel the noxious Infusion, concentrates the whole
blood of the body In the internal excretories to force them
to cast it out. The blood leaves the surface, and rushes to
the central organs with congestive violence. This is the
Chill. But in this effort it fail*. Then the Exv kr follows,
in which the bjood leaves ihe central organs and rushes to
the surface, as if in another eljort to expel the irritating
poison through that other great excretory—the skin. Ja tl.fa
also it fails, and the system abandons the attempt exhausted,
and waits for trie recovery of strength to repeat the hopeless
effort another dev. These are the fits or paroxysm? of Fe
ver and Ague. Such constitutional disorder will of coarse
undermine the h th if it is pot removed.
>\ e have in’ to find, a;\,i haye found, <>n Antidote,
•N Ague Cure,
which rieut malarious poison in the blood, and
stimulate- >. expel R from the body. Asitshoiild,
so it does < jicting disorder with perfect certainty.
And it do rather docs what is of mere service tp
those subj-. ifection If taken In season It expels
It flora the s- t is absorbed, and thus keeps those
who use it f e from ts attacks ; keeps the system In health
although exposed to the disease. Consequently it not only
cures, but piotects from, the great variety of affections
which arc induced by this malignant influence, such as Ke
roittent, Chill Fever, Dumb, or Masked Ague, Periodical
Headache, or bilious Headache, Bilious Fevers, Neauralgia,
Rheumatism, Gout, Blindness. Toothache, Earache, Catarrh,
Asthma, Pc.loitations, Painful Affections of the Spleen. Hys
terics, Colic, Paralysis, and Painful Affections of the Stom
ach and Bowels, all of ifj.ich, whsa arising from t}i(s apsp,
will he found to assume more or lejs tfe Intermittent type.
This “ Ague Cure” removes tho cause ojf these derange
ments, and cures the disease.
Thl3 it accomplishes by stimulating the excretories to
expel the virus from tkg system; and these organs by de
grees become habited to do litis itiuir office of tht-If own ac
cord. Hence arises what we term acclimation. Time may
accomplish the same end, but often fife is not long enough, or
Is sacrificed in the attempt, while this “Ague Cure” does it at
once, and with safety. We have great reason to believe
this is a surer as well as safer remedy for the whole class of
diseases which are caused by the miasmatic infection, than
any other which has been discovered ; and It has still another
Important advantage to the public, which is. that it Is cheap
as well as good.
