It is not impossible that a bill will pa? Congress immediatelv enrolling all men liable to militatv duty. Should this hill pass, it. would be too late to volur teer, and all men between til** ages of 15 arid 45 years e age become conscripts. It will, therefore, be a measure o prudence, on the part of persons liable to conscription, a once to become conditional members of a volunteer con, pany.
