II. Loyless A Co. Loyless filed a plea of

partnership and without his authority.

to the defendants as partners h. fore the
dirfftotation of the partnership for which
it was allegeil the two notes were given.
On the trial of the ease the jury found is
verdict for tho tlefendants. A motion
was mode for n new trial on the ground
that the verdict was contrary to tin* evi
dence, and without evidence to sustain it.
