We received by last evening's mail tellers from our correp eondems a. Wafl.ington en. doling the report of .he comniiiiee on foreign rela tions. We (hall publish this interesting and comprehensive report entire in our next paper. • Per R ep. The fir (t of these, being merely declaratory of a determination not to sub mit to foreign aggreflions, may, perhaps, at fir ft view appear Superfluous. It is however, he. Iteved hy the committee, that a pledge by the representatives of the nation, that they will not abandon its eflential rights, will not at this critical moment be unacceptable. The misappre hensions which seem to have exiled, and the mifteprefenta t|(,ns which have been circulated .tefpeftiug the state of our fo reign relations, render also such declaration expedient.
