For this purpose, the Legislature of the
State of New York has granted a charter to a
number ot our most wheal thy and respectable
n n hunts, and these gentleman have purchaa
td no less than eight blocks of the most valiu
ble laud iu the City of New York. The build'
ing to be erected will be Seven stories high L 150
feet in height ] Surmounted by a magnificent
dome, and wid cover a space o f ’22 acres- It
v\ ill be constructed of Iron Brick and, Class, and

S2O each, are secured by a first mortgage on
