cuflions yefterday in the Legilla-
tive Body, was the projet relative
to the finances M. Eremin Bea-
mont, as the repnrtertothe Com
mittee of Finance, went at great
length into a confideration of the
various difrfofitions of the projet,
which naturdly furnifhed him-
fvlf with an opportunity of di
recting the attention of the Af-
fembly to the order and econo
my which his Majefty had intro
duced into the national finances,
& contrafting this ftate of things
with the irregularities and con-
fufion prevalent in that depart
ment under the government that
had preceded that of his Majefty.

arrived in their capital, at 5 in

ICing of Weftphalia by a decree
limed here on the 2.5th ult. has
eftablifhed in his dominions an
Order of Knighthood, which is
to bear the name of—“ I he Or
der of the crown of Weftphalia’*
It is to confift of 10 grand com
manders, 80 commanders, and
800 knights ; the penfions of the
two former dalles to be 2000
franks, that of the latter 250
francs.
