the 17 hind. Jerome Bonaparte
has pubbflied a proclamation,
announcing the incorporation of

the kingdom of Wiftphalia, and
it is expefted that feveral of the
provinces ceded by the Fmpt rov
Francis will be reftored to Auf-
tria on the marriageof his daugh-
ttr to Napoleon.— Ihe Dutth
