Beit enacted by ihe fietude and House of Representatives of the State of Georgia in General .issembty met, ana it is hereby enacted by the authority of the ime. That every person who was a fortunate drawer in the lai d lotteries by the authority of the acts passed on tbe fifteenth iky of December, eighteen hur.dnd and eighteen, on the six teenth day of Dectinber, eighteen hundred and nineteen, anti on the fifteenth day of May, tightei n hundred and twenty-one, shall have untill the first day of November, i jghteen hundred and thirty, to lake out his, her or their grant upon paying into the Treasury the sum of eight dollars. . ..
