P URSUANT to the General Order* ol bis Excellen
cy the Commander in Chief, the Annual Review
and Inspection of 3d Division of Georgia Militia, will
take place by Regiments and Battalions, at the respective
muster grounds in the counties composing the said Divis
ion on the day* following, to wit:
In the county of Clark, on Thursday. 7th of April.
In the county of Oglethorpe, on Saturday 9tb April.
In the county of Greene, on Tuesday and Wednesday,
the 12th and 13th of April.
In the county of Morgan, on Friday and Saturday, tbe
20th and 2ist May.
In the county of Putnam, on Tuesday 24th May.
In the county of Baldwin, oa Saturday the 2Sth May
next.
The officers and non-commissioned officers of the sev
eral Regiments and Battalions composing this Division
will be assembled on the respective days previous to tho
Review and Inspection of their respective Regiments and
Battalions, for instruction and drip.
The commanding General especially enjoins upon the
Generals of Brigade, and all officers under them, a strict
obedience to orders, and expects that they will personally
attend to the execution of their orders. The observance
of strict discipline and subordination will be required, and
all infractions noticed and punished.

The condition of the above obligation is such that is
the above bound Jesse Ansley shall make to the said Gid
eon V. Holmes, good and lawful titles to lot number one
hundred and twenty-nine, in the twelfth district of Haber
sham county, so soon as tbe said Gideon V. Holmes shall
lift the grant then this obligation to bo void? else to re

in the county of Washington, William M. Bennett did
make, execute and deliver unto the said John Wicker, his
certain Deed of Mortgage, bearing date the same day and
year aforesaid, whereby he mortgaged unlc the said John
W icker, bis heirs and assigns, two certain tracts or par-
eels oi Lund, one on the waters of W tHIcinson Swcmp,
adjoining lands of Barron, Howard, Osborn and of tho
said Bennett, contsfotng one hundred and seventeen and is
half acres pine land, more or less, whereon Mrs. Deborah
Cook lived at the date of said mortgage; the other ontliff
waters of Stephens creek, adjoining Warthen, Harrison ft
others, containing one hundred acres pine Land, more or
