Wfy.T HEREAS, I have received cfllcial information, that j
^ if a murder was committed on the body of Robert |
C Df. isley, in the county of Jasper in this State, on the I
21st of December last, hy "SAMUEL M‘DAN1EL, who is j
representented to have ifi-d from justice,—1 have, therefore, j
thought proper to issue this, my pn>elaination, hereby oiler- |
ing a reward of THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS to any (
p -rson or persons who may apprehend and deliver the said
Samu 1 .YI'Daniel to tli? sheriff or jailor of said county;—
and 1 do moreover charge and require all officers, both civil
and military, to Ii * vigilant in end avoring to apprehend the
said Samuel 5I‘fi)ae.i -i, in order that he may be tried for the
offi-nc? with which he is charged.
The said Samuel M'Daniel is represented to be about thir- I
ty-fwo years of ag*, very tall, large and robust, weighing!
p rhaps two hundred pounds, of red complexion, liglit, color- j
ed hair, hazel eyes, a scar across his nose, and when he j
laughs shows his teeth and gums.
