several routes in one sum of compensation, cannot be considered

^ ll. A bidder may propose different days and hours of departure
and arrival, provided no more running time is asked, and it is ob
vious that no mail connection or other public accommodation is
prejudiced. He may ask for a specified number of days for more
running time to the trip at certain seasons of peculiarly had roads.
But beyond these changes, a proposal lor service different from tha
advertisement will prevent its being considered in competition
with a resular bid. not set aside for extravagance; and where a
bid contains any of the above alterations, their disadvantages will
be estimated in compairing it with other proposals.
12. There should be but one route hid for in a proposal.
13. The route, the service, the yearly [/ay, the bidder’s name and
residence, and the name of each member of the firm, where a com
pany offers, should be distinctly stated.
14. The following is the form of the guaranty which should be
filled, the first blank with the name of the guarantor, the second
with that of the bidder; ami the third and fourth with the begin
ning ami terminating points of the route; and after being dated,
should be signed by toe guarantor, who must be shown hy the writ
ten certificate of a postmaster, or other equally satisfactoiy tes
timonial, to be a man of property, and able to make good his guar
anty. This guaranty, so certified, shouid accompany eac:. bid.

key, architect,of the city of Savannah, Georgia.
The above described Charles B. Closkey, having this
day, filed his petition praying that he may be declared a
Bankrupt, and the Court having assigned Ihe sixteenth day of
March next, at eleven o'clock, A. M., at the Court House in
the city of Savannah, for the hearing of tha tame; notice
thereof is hereby given to all persons interested, that they
may appear at the time and place aforesaid, and show
cause, if any they have, why the prayer of the petitioner
