MEDICINE.
I N offering this valuable medicine to the people
of Georgia, fori he relief and cure of uiauv disea-
„„„ i ui.iji.iii iu u nun in mi climate, I do not claim lor
it infalibility; neither d.j I say it will cure all diseases.
But in
Chronic Liver Affections and Dyspepsia,
lean confidently adviie and recommend its use, from
my personal observation and use of the article in my
own practice. This article is favorably received
wherever it lias been used. I am allowed to refer
to Mr. George Heard of Troup, Mr. John Warren
of Columbus, Mr. M cKaffee of Cobb, Mr. Asbury
Hull of Athens, Mr. William D. Terrell of Putnam,
Rev. John E. Dawson of Lagrange; to which a great
number of names might be added, who bear their
testimony to its value. Doctor Henry Branham lias
used this medicine in his own case, and has prescri
bed to many others, gives it as his opinion, that it
is one of the safest and most valuable medicines that
can be used in imperfect digestion, liver complaints,
constipation and irregular state of the bowels. It is
useful in bilious complaints, to persons recovering
from bilious fevers, and in sick or nervous head-ache,
To pregnant women, who are subject to costivetiess,
this medicine is well suited. In regulating the state
of the stomach and bowels, and promoting digestion,
it is particularly useful.
I could append a long list of certificates, but for
bear, preferring to rely on the virtuesof the medicine
to sustain itself. The. medicine is a gentle and cer
tain cathartic, tonic and sudorific.

DR. BANNING’S BODY BRACE.
T HIS instrument is an efficient relief to all varie
ties of Local and General Debility that are caus
ed and perpetuated by Muscular Laxity.
The reason that these difficulties are seldom cored
by medicine is, because they are displacements of the
mechanical part and not a disease of it; and hence
that the Brace by gently lifting the Abdomen, and
pressing forward the small of the Back, thereby re
storing the body to its axis, without cramping it. gives
immediate relief, in a most rational way, to these ap
parently opposite difficulties. This view and instru
ment have already introduced an era in the treatment
of this class of affections. Price $10 each.
