CERTIFICATES.
Dr J G Gibson, Sir—1 have been afflicted with Rheu
matism for the last ihree or (our years, which, though
slight at first, continued to increase upon me, until it be-
cattle exceedingly troublesome, and causing w hen it en
tered into the back ol nty head, the most drendfuland an
noying pain:
It was siiggcslsd In me on onr occasion, hy a friend,
that ii 1 desired to be cured of Rheumatism, 1 would most
probably find a cure for it in your pow ders. Though 1
had but little faith in their efficacy, 1 concluded I w ould
give them a fair trial. 1 did so. and contrary to all ex
pectation, I had taken hut few of litem when 1 reused to
teel ntn morepitio, and I have oeen I reed from all Ulicu
inatic symptoms up to the present.
Believing your powders invaluable, and having no
doubt oflh-ir efficacy to cure I thought it my duty tngive
you this testimony in their favor
Respectfully, Jci'.,

Eatonton.Ga., April 5tli, 1355.
Dr. .T. G. Gibson, Eaton ton, Ga:
Doar Mr— 1 cannot refrain trom an expression to yon
of the great estimate I place upon your invahrahle reme
dy for Rheumatism. 1 have used it in my family with
the most satisfactory results, and would recommend it to
any person w ho may be afflicted with this most annoy
ing disease.
1 tried it on an old negro woman some fifty-five or six
ty years of ege, who has heen severely afflicted for thir
ly years or more, for aught 1 know, and frequently she
has heen rendered helpless by the most excruciating pain
laving up from two to four weeks at a lime. Anxious to
relieve her, I have tried the most of the remedies in use
for Rheumatism, hut always with unsatisfactory results
She still complained, and her fingers had become stiffen
ed and pnrtially drawn together. When I heard of your
remedy, and especially of the astonishing cures it was
effecting, I determined to try it on this old woman. She
commenced taking the powders according to yourdtrec-
tions, and in a few day s she experienced the most grati
fying results. But as her general health was feeble, and
finding tier some w lial feverish, I determined by your ad
vice, to discontinue the powders for a ft w days. As soon
as 1 found her clear of fever I commenced the powders
again, and offer taking them three days, astonishing to
tell, she said she was entirely clear off pain. And w hen
1 enquired more particularly of her condition, she thrust
out her hands, with her fingers straight and nimble, say
ing that she had not been so clear of pain for years, “and
she felt like a right young gal.” She has not complain
ed of Rheumatism since, and I hope the faithful old ser
vant may never suffer pain again.
1 cheerfully bear you Jus testimony, and hope that
you w ill lose no lime in publishing your remedy to the
world,as a safe and certuiu cure for Rheumatism
Most respectfully yours,
B. F. ADAMS.
Eatonton, April 4th, 1355,
I do hereby certify, that after suffering for thirty three
years, with the moat excruciating pain from Chronic
Rheumatism, and finding nn permanent rcliefsfrom any
of the many prescriptions given me hy different physi
cians, I am now entirely well, not only of Rheumatism
itself, hut likewise of its effects. This cure was effected
hy a preparation sly led Lindt's Anti-Rheumatic Pow
ders. Of these powders 1 took two dozen, and have not
had any symptoms of mv old pains for three years. 7’he
effect upon me was like magic. Within ihree days after
I had taken the first powder, my pains disappeared, and
1 have been entirely doar of them up to the present
time.
To all suffering from Rheumatism I do heartily recom-
1 mend these powders;' confidently believing that you
I have only to give them a trial to secure a lasting cure.
Most Respectfully,
1 JOHN LINCH.
Eatonton, April 22, 1855.
I have no hesitation in saying, that after having suf
fered for upward of thirty years of Rheumatism in the
most dreadful form—first in my toes, then my tltnmhs,
w rists arid knees, and lastly, most excruciatingly, in my
neck, 1 look two or 3 dozen of LilicU’s Anti-Rheumat
ic powders.and notwithstanding lam old and my consti
tution much shattered, I have received the greatest ben
efit from them imaginable; my relief from suffering and
pain, I cannot attribute to any thing hut (he [>ow dcrs, for
1 have tried everything in vain, that friends coold sug
gest or physicians prescribe. 1 would, therefore, earn
estly re< ommend them :o ever sufferer of this dreaded
disease, let him be old or young.

I am happy to state, for the benefit of those who are
afflicted with Rheumatism, that a perfect rnre has been
effected in the person of a negro man of mine, by Lunch's

lost at least one third of his time until he took the above
powders. Since which time, now nearly two years, he

thus afflicted.
