good third quality, the most of which contains
in all 020 acres. There are 125 acres of bottom
land in Cultivation, all fresh, and well fenced
in. On the upland where I live, is a fine Free
■tone spring of water. Gin House, Screw, and
a mill in the Gin Honse with two mules,
grind 40 or 50 bushels of corn per day.
There is no healthier place in Georgia. The
society in the neighborhood is good—an acad
emy} mile from my house. Any person deal
ran* of piurohasing a body of land well adapted
to Uie growing of cotton or grain, would do well
to come early and look for himself. I have
made 1600 lbs of cotton per acre and $150 per
