WHEREAS by an a£t of the
General Assembly of the State
of Georgia, pafied at Louifyille on
the ‘Bth day of December, i BoS, it is
enabled that all the Fra&ional Parts of
Surveys of Land reserved to the Rate
by the several land laws making dif
cribution of the lands lately acquired
of the Creek Nation of Indians, lying
and being on the rivers Ocmulgee and
Oconee, and aifo on the present and
former temporary boundary lines
shall be fold in separate lots, to the
highefe bidder, in the Town of Mil
iedgevilie, in the fallowing manner, to
wit :
