city of Savannah, pilot, deceas'd
reported to have died without |
w ill and without heirs, and “to
have possessed at the time of his
death the following property, viz.

iot in Warren Ward, calculafed
for two tenements, two Negro
M ouches, arid three hundred aud
fifty dollars in the Bank.
And whereas the said jury con
firmed the report of theeseheator,
and no person appeared to gain
sav the same.—These are there
fore to notify all the kindred or
heirs who may claim under the
said James Guard deceased, that
he died on or about” the day
in the year 1803, and was a
citizen of the United States, and
that if no person shall appear 10
make right and title to the* said
property,within the term limited

sth December, 1801, the same
