doubtedly claims against them, which, when
finally liquidated on the decision ot the suit
dow pending, they will try to satisfy as soon as

as informal, unjust and illegal. Hence they
have been brought and are .till before the court,
end other deeds have been executed and re-

out aav trust or reservation beneficial to L. U
M. or their families; and if this be not agreea
ble to that gentleman, it must nevertheless ap.
pear fair and equitable to the public and all who

The Trustees under the late deed* are anx-

ceeds to the immediate payment of part ot hit
demand, and deposit a sufficiency thereofto Co-

senting said Bank,) and the Cashier of said
Hank, reside w ithnut the County, which fact is
verified by affidavit of complainant. It is or
dered, that copies of aaid bill be transmitted bt
the Sheriff of Chatham county to the Sheriff of
McIntosh county, where the said defendants re
side, with instructions to serve them on suidde
fondants, and make returns of aaid service on
said copies, to the Clerk of the Superior court
of said county of Chatham, within thirty days
