Csrnochan and Peter Mitchell of this ci
■ty have hy sundry deeds recently mortgaged
and assigned to divers persons either their indi-
■vidusl creditors, creditors of the late firm of
Csrnochan U Mitchell, or others, all or sundry
the property and estfttc, both real and personal,
of the said firm, as well us their own individual
property and ramie, consisting together of
houses, lots, lands, stores, wharves, negroes, Etc.
in Savannah and Da* leu in Georgia, or the
neighborhood thereof, and claevvheie with their
Interest or share in the stock of the lower
•team mill near Darien, and sundry share* in
the United 9tatea Rank and other banks, as well
ns sundry debts duo to them in various places,
besides (and8, lots, negroes, kc. in the territory
