Andbe it smneted, That it shall be law
ful to export from any of His Majesty’s
Colonies, in any British built ship any ar
ticles the growth produce or manufacture
of any such Colony, and any articles
wi ich have been legally imported into any
such Colony, direct to any foreign port in
Europe, or in Africa, ur to Gibraltar, the
Island uf Malta or the 'dependencies
thereof, or the Islands of Guernsey, Jer-
»ey, Alderney (Jr Bark.
And be it enacted, That the person ex
pol ling pickled or dry Halt from any Bri
tisli Colony nr Plantation in North Amc

under the authority uf this Act, shall
make oulh at the port, of shipment, belore
the chief officer of the Custom* that the
I laid fish is the produce of tin- British fish
