December next, and that Lewis J. Dugas, one
of the defendants, resides without the limits of
the District of Georgia—It U ordered, that the
said Lewis J.Dugas do appear at the term of
this Court, to be holden at Savannah, on the
fourteenth of December next, to answer to the
plaintiffs on the merits of their said petition
•nd that a copy of this order be published in
one of the gaieties of this state for three
