Better testimony cannot be offered in favor of
any medicine than the following from l)r. S. Gilbert,
whose character and integrity is well known in tiie
South and West, and much throughout the United
States, as being the most successful man living for
the treatment and cure of the most inveterate can
cers and chronic ulcers :
“ Being called upon to give my opinion respecting
Dr. Lacrue’s Tooth and Gum Specific, I take pleas
ure in saying, that as Agent, I have sold the Specific
rapidly, and so far us I have heard from its effects it
has given universal satisfaction, and bearing the ap
pellation of the most superior article now in u*e for
cleaning and whitening the teeth; a l so for restoring
firmness to soft spongy gums, or healing where there
is ulceration with rapidity. Suffice it to say that it
has no rival in point of efficacv.
