T>e Atlanta Journal of yesterday had the following to say in regard to the case against A. A. Marshal), the president of a Mexican Mining Company, who was arrested here on Wednesday: “Officer Holcomb went to Valdosta for the prisoner and brought him to police headquarters Wednesday night. Fendejf yesterday sold the milling privilege on two thousand acres near Tifton to the Morgan Milling Company for $14,000. Mr. . Fender bought this property a year ago and has been getting the naval store products from It. He bought the property very cheap, the turpentine privilege more than paying what it cost him.
