October 3d is Fixed as Day
For Electing the Justices.
Atlanta, Ga., Sept, 12.—October the 3d is the date fixed for
the electing of court of appeal judges, the ballots to be put in
separate boxes from other elections.
The third was agreed upon at a meeting of the Democratic
State Executive Committee today. It was the first meeting of
the new committee and besides darning a date for the election
of the court of appeal judges, the committee was organized.
Judge W. H. Griffin, of Valdosta, is chairman of the 11th
district delegation, but he was not present today, as it is under-'
stood, he bad important business in court at Statenville.
