The petition of L. L. Daugherty,
of Colquitt county, Georgia, and T.
H.- McKey, of Lowndes county, Geor
gia. respectfully shows:
First: That they desire for them
selves, their associates, successors
and assigns to become Incorporated
under the name and style of the “Su
wannee Manufacturing Company."
Second: That the term for which
petitioners ask to be incorporated is
twenty (20) years, with the privilege
of renewal at the expiration of that
time.
Third: That the capital stock of
said corporation shall be fifteen thous
and dollars ($15,000) divided into
shares of one hundred dollars ($100)
each, all of which Is actually paid In.
That they desire the right to In
crease said capital stock from time
to time to any amount, not to exceed
one hundred thousand dollars ($100,-
000), and the right similarly to do-
crease said capital stock to any
amOqnt not less than the original
capital stock of fifteen thousand dol
lar* ($15,000.)

contemplated road, and reported to
me that said road will be one of much
public utility and convenience. Now
