Mortgage Foreclosure, In Lowndes
Superior Court, May Term, 1908.
It being represented to the court
by the petition of W. F. Patten that
by deed of mortgage dated the 29th
day August. 1908, Pernellpa Peters
conveyed to tha said W. F. Patten
two hundred and fifty (250) acres of
lot of land No. 884 In the 11th district
of Lowndes county, Georgia, being
tha West half of said lot and bound-
as follows, on the North, 8onth
and West by the original land lines,*
and on the east by lands of Penellpa
Peters, for the purpose of securing
the payment of a certain promissory
note made by the said Pernellpa Pet-
era to the said W. F. Patten, due
on November 1, 1906, for the sum of
one thousand and elghty-slx dollars
and sixty-five cents (1086.65) with
Interest after maturity at the rate
of eight per cent per annum, which
la now dne and unpaid.
It 1* ordered that the said Pernel-
Ipa Peters do pay Into this ourt by
the first day of the next term the
principal. Interest, and coat due on
said note and mortgage, or show
cans*, if any she has, to the con
trary, or that In default thereof fore-
closure be granted to the said W. F.
Patten, of said mortgage, and equity
