plant of the Valdosta Planing Mills
Company, in the city of Valdosta,
said county and being levied on as
the property of the Valdosta Planing
Mills Company to satisfy three execu
tions Issued from the city court of
Valdosta In and for said county In
favor of E, J. Zlpperer, the
Grocery Company and J. Y. Wlsen-
baker, respectively, and against the
said Valdosta Planing Mills Com
pany. Said property being In the pos
session of Bald Valdosta Planing Mills
Company.
Also, at the same time and place
1 two-story building; 1 20-horse
power engine; 1 25-horse-power boil
er; 1 line shaft and pullies; 10 wood-
; machines; 1 lot of poplar

executions Issued from the City Court
of Valdosta, in favor of the Bock
Comfort Lumber Company, Muscogee
Coal Co., and the Stephenson Manu
facturing Co., and against the said
Valdosta Body Company. Said prop
erty being In the -possession of the
said Valdosta Body Company.

7th. Petitioners desire the right
to sue and to be sued, to plead and
be Impleaded, to have and to use
a common seal, to make all necessary
by-laws and regulations and to do all
other things that may be necessary
for the successful carrying on of said
business, Including the right to buy,
hold and sell real estate and personal
property suitable to the purpose of
the corporation and to execute neces
sary papers as evidence of the Indebt
edness Incurred or which may be In
curred In the conduct of the afTalrs
of the corporation, and to secure the
same by mortgage, security deed or
other form of lien under existing
laws.
Wherefore, petitioners pray to be
Incorporated under the name and
style aforesaid, with the powers and
Immunities herein set forth and as now
are or may be hereafter allowed a
corporation of similar character un
der the laws of Georgia.

Mortgage Forecloaure. In Lowndes
Superior Court, Ma7 Term, 1908.
It being represented to the court
by the petition of W. F. Patten that
by deed of mortgage dated the 29th
day August, 1906, Pernellpa Peters
conveyed to the said W. F. Patten
two hundred and fifty (250) acres of
lot of land No. 824 In the 11th district
of Lowndes oounty, Georgia, being
the West half of said lot, and bound
ed as follows, on the North, South
and West by the original land lines,
and on the east by lands of Penellpa
Peters, for the purpose of securing
the payment of a certain promissory
note made by the said Pernellpa Pet-
era to the said W. F. Patten, due
on November 1, 1906, for the sum of
one thousand and elghty-slx dollars
and sixty-five cents (1086.65) with
' Interest after maturity at the rate
of eight per cent per annum, which
is now due and unpaid.
It is ordered that the said Pernel-
lpa Peter* do pay Into this ourt by
the first day of the next term the
principal, Interest and cost due on
■aid note and mortgage, or show
cause. If any she has, to the con
trary, or that In default thereof fore
closure be granted to the said W. F.
of said mortgage, and equity

by Z. R. Hutchinson on June 10, 1904,
and fronting on an un-named street
fifty feet and running back- at right
angles to the same one hundred feet
to an alley; bounded on the north by
said street, east and west by lands
of A. Converse and C. F. Clark, and
on the south by said alley; said sale
being tor the purpose of paying
debt due by said Willie Johnson to
said undersigned Building & Loan
Association, which Is secured by said
deed, together with all the costs and
expense of sale, Including ten per
cent attorneys fees, as provided In
said deed.
Said property sold as the property
of the estate of Willie Johnson, de
ceased, late of said county. The pro
ceeds to be applied to ths payment
of said debt, principal. Interest, fines
and attorneys tees and expenses of
this sale, ths balance of said sale. If
any, to be paid over to the legal rep
resentatives of said Willie Johnson.
A proper conveyance will be mad* to
the purchaser of said property by the
undersigned, as provided by the deed
aforesaid.
