The Times printed Monday a re
port of the killing of Marshal Porch,
of Barnesvllle, by Ben F. Perdue, of
that county, who escaped after the
tragedy. The tragedy occurred Sun
day morning and the news was
brought to a. son of the murdered man
in this ejty during the day.
News has been received of the
capture of Perdue at Zenith, in Craw
ford county, while making hia way
southward In a buggy. He was tired
out when arrested and refused to dis
cuss the killing.
