First. Beginning on the north bound-
ry line of lot of land No. 16 where

Troupvllle road, thence westward
along the aald original north bound-

at the office of tho Ordinary *f fown-
des county. Said several parcels of
land above described will he sold
flrst In parcels as above set forth, af
ter which nil of the several parcela
lying and being In lot No. 16, and
being 461.66 acres more or less, will
he sold In a body, or as one tract,
and In that way It will be determined
which bids will be accepted by the ad
ministrator. If the parcels bring tho
larger sum the purchasers In parcels
will receive title, and If sold In bulk
It brings the larger sum then tho
purchaser of tho whole will receive
title.
The land above described In lot
No. 31 will, In any event, be sold tn
a parcel to Itself. The sale Is for
the purpose of distribution among
the heirs at law and terms of tho
sale will be oaah.
