Columbus, Ohio., May 4.—Mort Langdon, the forfr^>r Secretary to Governor Herrick, and a lobbyist for the banking Interests, was the first witness examined by the grand Jury In the legislative boodle probe to day. Several newspaper men were also on the stand. Senators Hoffman, Ceton and An derson and Representatives Nye and Lowery, and Sergeant at Arms Dlo- gte will be arraigned before Judge Kinkhead tomorrow morning. All will plead not guilty.
