Thin morning tho Federal court

Injuries.
Several doctors were put on the
stand this morning to give exp rt
testimonies, some of them for the
railroad and some for tho plaintiff.
Mr. Culberson was examined this
morning by two or three local physi
cians to find out If his Injuries were
of a permanent nature. One doctor
stated that ho did regard them as
permanent, while the other physi
cian stated that bo would have to
know what caused them before ho
could say whether or not they were
permanent.
An effort was mndo during the
trial of the case to Impeach the tes
timony of Mr. Culberson, hut this
was not a vory strong effort. It
appears from the witnesses on both
sides of tho case that he Is a man of
vory high character In bis com

During Mr. Culberson’s tetimony
he referred to waiting until the cool
