Leon Bell, have filed an answer to Miss Boll’s claim for a child’* part in th? estate of Green Bell, deceased, amounting to $135,000, charging that her father, George Bell and Blanche Burton were never lawfully married. The anawer la filed in the United States district court here. The estate la located in Emanuel eouaty. The answer denies that the estate la worth more than $115,000.
