recently erected by Mr. G. B. Wardlaw, in East
Macou, which from its peculiar situation, is ren
dered quite secure from the danger of fire, and
from"whence Cotton will betaken to the wharves
free ofeharges. Each of the subscribers will re
side'iu Macon the ensiling season, and promise
their unremitting attention to the interest of those
who may f.ivor them with their jmsiness and
confidence. Liberal advances will be made on
produce, merchandize nnd other property confi-
ded’lo their care, and strict atteutiou given to the

greatest despatch to. Cotton shipped by this line,
by avoiding long detention at Darien and re-
shipincut on*Sloops which is liable to ho vory
tedious when the winds are adverse.
Tho Steam Boat Pioneer, Capt. McCormick
will ho continued on the river to tow up the freight
Barges from Darien.
The subscriber hopes that his arrangements to
facilitate transportation between Macon and the
Sea-Pork, will meet with eucourngemeut.
