selves. The lands will be sold on a credit of one and
two years, nnd will be put up in such quantities as
will best subserve tho interest of the estnte in the dis
cretion of the Executor, but he will endeavor to suit
purcluisers. The Negroes and the perishable proper
ty will be sold on a credit of tw elve months. Notes,
with approved security will be required, nnd the sale
of the perishable property will be continued from day
to day until all shall have been sold.

T HE Subscriber feeling the obligations which he
owes to the citizens of Macon for tho liberal pa
tronage he has received since his return to the city,
takes this opportunity of returning them his most sin

Having engaged the services of a young man, a scho
