A certain and effectual cure for Ague and Fever; also,
used suec-ssfutty in Ihe treatment of Bilious Fever,
Ran sea. General DeliUty. and Servous Weakness,
rjlIIE most flotieriug recommendations of this Medicine.
J lij>r been received frion many eminent Physician* and
others who have used it. And it is presumed that no mml-
tclbe has ever been used, whose action lias been more ben
eficial pleasant and invigorating, aad called forth from af-
flirted sufferers such expressions of heartfelt gratitude and
thankfulness. Persons taking the Pills, soon find them
selves relieved—Chill broken! Fever gone!! Stomach
and head free and healthful! 1! Strength and appetite in
creasing and improving, and all nervous weakness fled.
When taken according to the directions accompanying
them, they never fail to cure the Chill and Fever the first
day, and never sicken tbe. stomach or operate upon the
bowels.
Their action upon the whole system, is so charming, that
persons are invariably surprised and pleased with theii ra
pid and complete restoration to health.
The Pills are purely and solely Vegetable; and the hap
py combination of the ingredients and ilieir proportions, are
such as to produce a medicine which uever fails to relieve
when relief is attainable.

This may certify, that I was appointed an Agent for, lie
sale if Hull's Fever and Ague PiJs.abuul nine months ago.
The agent left me. a* he thought, a sufficient supply to hst
twelve months, but ihe Pills have proved so certain and Ex
cellent a medicine, that I have been entirely out of tb‘iu
for some time, and could have sold double the quantity, if
they had been left with me. I consider them as gois! a
medicide as can be used for the cure of Fevers, or Ague
and Fevers. 1 have prescribed them in a number of cjses
of Fevers, after first administering an emetic or catbaitic,
and always with the most happy results. In fine, I hive
never known Hull’s Pills to fail curing the Chills and fe
ver, in a single instance.
ZACHARIAH HAGOOD.
(From Dr. Mattisox.)
Benton county, Ala., August 19/A, 1842.
This is to certify, that about six mouths ago I was ap
pointed an Agent lor tbe sale of Dr. Hull’s Ferer and Ague
Pills. At that time the traveling Agent left with me. ns he
thought, a sufficient quantity to last twelve months, but the
Pills aieso much approved, that 1 bare sold all out. and
could have disposed of twice as many n ore. I had been
supplied with them. I think them nn excellent medicine:
indeed, I hare never known the Pills used in a single in
stance, according to directions, without effecting a complete
cure. My neighbors speak of them in the highest tetms.
BENJAMIN MATTIS0N.

This may certify, that I have used Dr. Hull’s Fever and
Ague and Anti-Fever Pills in my family, for the care of
Chills and Fever, with great success Also-, six of my bro
ther's family were sick with Chills and Fever—they were
all cured by the use of two boxes of Hull’s Pills- I consid
er them superior to any meiiciue of the kind ever used in
my family. BENJAMIN BATES.
Ely ton. Jefferson county, All., Feb. 3,1843.
This is to certify, that I was appointed last April, an Agent
f..r the sale of Dr. Hub’s Vegetable Fever uuj Ague and
Anti-Fever Pills—since which time 1 have sold about forty
boxes. Iu not a single instance, to niy knowledge, have
they failed to cure Cuills and Fever, when used according
to directions.
Since I became an Agent for the Pills. I have had twelve
or fifteen different cases of Chills and Fever in my family,
and Hull's Pills bare cured every case.

Those who have suffered and are weary of suffering with
this distressing couijdaint, will find Spencer’* Vegetable
Pills a remedy at once certain and immediate in its effects.
One single duseof ihe Pills, taken as soon as tbe headache
is fell coining on. will cure it in oue half hour entirely.
Asa remedy in summer and boirel comjdaints. they dis-
p’uy their wonderful powers to admiration, and are far su
perior to any thing in use for these complaints.
\n Dyspepsia and Liter Complaint, they stand unri
valled. Many have been cured in a few weeks, after bar
ing suffered under the dreadful complaint for years.
In Habitual Costiveness, they are tiecidediy superior to
any Vej-eieble Pill ever brought bet' -re the public; uiidoue
25 cent box will establish their surprising virtues, *nd place
h<-m beyond the reach of doubt, in the estimation ot every
individual.
They are invaluable in nervous and hypochondriacal af
fections, loss of appetite, aud all complaints to which females
alone are subject. .
They are uiild in their action, and convey almost imme
diate convirti-n of their utility from the first dose. They
may be taken by persons of any age; and the feeble, the in
firm, the nervous, and delicate, are siren-'hened by their
operation, because ibey clear the system of bail humors,
quiet nervous irritability, aud rovariabty produce sound
health.
Upwards of three hundred and seventy thousand boxes
■f these inestimable Pills have been sold within the last
twelve months in three States alone, and more than three
times the same quantity in other S ates.
At so ami bilious medicine, no family should be without
them. A single trial of them is more satisfactory than a
thousand certificates, . . -

To Dr. Spencer:
Dear Sir:—I have used your Vegetable Pills in my
family tbe last year, with great success, and I consider
them the best Pill I ever used. I have made considerable
use of many other popular Pills, but I am convinced that
yoars are superior to any of them. For Sick Hi adache.
they are an excellent medicine. For Bowgl Compla.pt, I
think them tbe best medicine in the world, and also for the
Bloody Flax. I can say to you. that I made great use of
them last season. I had Tiventt of my Blacks sick with
the Flux, and I administered your Pills freely, and I did
not loose a single esse. My neighbors speak in tbe highest
teims of them. Respectfully, your*.
