minutrator, and therefore petition* the Court for
discharge from said Administratorship.

On bearing tbe above petition, it is ordered, that
citation be issued, and that all persons concerned be
and they are hereby required to ahow cause, if any
they have, on or before the first Monday in Sept,
next,, wby tbo said Jesse C. Smith should not be
