known as the Ben Gray place, containing THIR
TEEN HUNDRED Acres of Land. This Plantation
ia fourteen miles from Macon and lies in one mile of
the Snuth-YVestern Kail Iload, said road passing
through one corner of the Land. There is between
six and seven hnndred seres of Land cleared, and iu
fine condition for making a crop another .year. The
place is well improved. Having F'rame Negro
Houses with brick Chimneys to acoommodate Fifty
Negroes, and F'rame Giu House, Cotton Screw and
Stables,
These Lands are level and well adapted to the pro
duction of Corn or Cotton, and instead of wearing
