Court dftho Eastern District ot Pennsylvania pro
hibits persons from ordering, by Letter or person,
any of onr celebrated Wire Railing, made under the
Patent -ol Feb. 12th, 1849, of any other Manufactur
ers than ourselves; also, that we are the sole own-
ers of the patent of March ctb, 1847, ro-issued June
18th, 1859, for the Fabric of thd Wire Bailing and
other articles manufactured under said patent; and
also, of Folding Iron Bedsteads, patented Jane 2d,
1857.
We respectfully notify the public to this effect,
and shall hold.all persona infringing tho same res
ponsible for damages. Catalogues, containg sever
al hundred designs of Iron Work, furnished on re
ceipt of four three cent postage stamps, and mailed
to any part of the United States.

The same kind pf land without the Guano produced
about 4U0 lbs. per acre. My mode of applying the
Guano was by depositing it in tho drill before bed"-
ding up like land, . I havo not tried its use on corn,
but have no doubt but it will succeed well. J shall
uso it pretty extensively on iny next crop.
