We learn that Mr. J. C. Foote
luu sold his stock of goods to Mr.
Wnltham, of Douglasville. We
aru sorrv to have to give up our
merchant, hut glad to have new

has served us faithfully for a num-
hor of years. Mr. Waltham will
do business at Mr. Foote's old
stand, we hojw our community
will welcome our new comer with
