W HEREAS Jolm W. Long ussigneo of the un
derwriters nt Lloyds in London, in the
Kingdom of Great Britain, the supposed insurers
of the Ship Albion and cargo, bus exhibited his
libel or complaint, In the District Court of the U-
nited States, for Ike District of Georgia; stating,
alleging and propounding, that the British Ship
Albion, laden with Mahogany, Logwood, nnd di-
j vers other articles, was, onthe morning of the 16th
September last, by the force of lha wind and
waves driven on Ihe beach of Saint Catherines
Island, in the District aforesaid, and there ubnu-
doued by hercrew ; and that milch of Iho cargo
has floated out of the saidShln, some part of which
j bus been taken by George II. Johnston, Patrick
Houston and George M. Waldburg, nnd by divers
other persons, to u place of greutcr safety, and
that part tlicrcf still lies on the beach of said
Islnnd, below high water mark exposed to the sen

der the impression that tho said Ship uud cargo
were insured nt Lloyds, Imsforthe benefit of nil
concerned, sold the Interest of the said underwri

a part of the cargo to a place of greutor safety,
claim to be entitled to salvage thereon, and pray
ing process of this court to take the snid wreck

found within the jurisdiction of this Court, into
